Rachel has ten years of
experience in case management. She earned a BA degree in Social Work from
East Carolina University and a Master of Science in Rehabilitation
Counseling from ECU. Rachel holds the title of CRC and has provided expert
testimony for workers’ compensation cases and ADA cases. Rachel has worked
for various customers such as VA, WC carriers, LTD carriers and both
plaintiff and defense attorneys. A counseling background enables Rachel to
effectively work with those who have endured trauma, have psychological
issues and/or substance abuse problems. |
