Sandy received a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education with a minor in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Vocational Evaluation from East Carolina University.  She is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with many years of experience in these areas as well as with job placement/careers and counseling.  Since 1990, she has been providing vocational and medical case management services to injured workers, which includes vocational evaluation, transferable skills analysis, job analysis, job placement and labor market surveys which result in return to work for the injured worker.  Sandy has also provided employability assessments for individuals seeking long-term disability or contesting being fired based on the American Disability Act.  Sandy has also provided expert testimony.
