Marlene is a dedicated RN with a 28 year track record in
diverse settings: ICU, CCU, ER Cardiac Rehab, Orthopedics, HMO case
management and MCO workers’ compensation case management. She is also a
certified paralegal. She has been deeply involved in patient education,
practice standards application and Quality Assurance review. She has served
as a Client Services Executive establishing and implementing workers’
compensation programs specific to individual client’s needs. She obtained
her Certified Case Manager (CCM) designation in 2000. She is a past board
member of the American Heart Association and she is currently a member of
the Case Management Society of America (CMSA) national and local chapters.
