Sue Gelarden, CRC, CDMS, CCM, CLPC, LPC

Sue received a Master of Arts in Education degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.  She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and has more than 20 years experience providing medical and vocational case management.  Sue is a Certified Case Manager (CCM), a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), a Certified Life Care Planner (CLPC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).  She specializes in writing Life Care Plans and Medicare Set Asides.
