Lee has been a Board Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist (COHN-S) since 1986.  She received her Master’s Degree in Public Health with a specialty in Occupational Health and Safety from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1988.  Her Associate Degree in Nursing was received in 1975 and her BSN was received in 1980 from East Carolina University.  Lee has more than 25 years experience working with various companies as an occupational health and safety consultant providing occupational health and safety services, including worksite analysis, Workers’ Compensation management programs, healthcare risk management, ergonomics, cost/benefit analyses and medical case management.  Lee has also taught numerous seminars, workshops and train-the-trainer programs on various occupational health and safety, risk management and Workers’ Compensation management programs.
