Toni graduated Mercy
School of Nursing in Charlotte in 1980. She attended Salem College in
Winston-Salem, NC prior to this. Since graduating from nursing school her
nursing experience includes ICU, telemetry, psychiatric nursing, case
management, emergency room, operating room, dialysis, home health and
hospice nursing. Her management experiences include dialysis, telemetry,
hospital supervisor and Director of Case Management. Her certifications
include Case Management December 2001, Case Management Administration
December 2002, and Hospice and Palliative Care 2004.
