Angela earned a Bachelor
of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island. She
became certified in Rehabilitation (CRRN) after 2½ years as the primary
nurse of the head injury team at Wake Rehabilitation, part of the Wake
Medical Center. Angela also has experience in health insurance, utilization
management, prior plan approval, appeals, grievances, short and long term
disability as well as case management experience with workers’
compensation. She is a member of the NC Association of Rehabilitation
Professionals (NCARP) and Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN). She is
a licensed registered nurse in North Carolina and Virginia. |
