Allison earned a
Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at
Wilmington. She obtained her Master of Education degree in Guidance and
Counseling from Campbell University. She obtained her Certified
Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) designation in October 1995. Allison has
been providing vocational case management services to injured workers since
1995. She is experienced in the areas of vocational evaluation, job
placement, transferable skills analysis, labor marker surveys, job site
evaluation, job analysis, job seeking skills training, job coaching,
critical incident stress debriefing, long term disability and vocational
counseling. Her professional affiliations include IARP and the Educational
Planning Committee. Allison is presently a case management supervisor.
