Jim is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Psychology.  While with the NC Division of Vocational Rehabilitation as both counselor and supervisor, Jim received extensive training to work with a variety of disability groups including individuals with orthopedic and neurological impairments, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries and mental illness.  Since 1980, Jim has provided medical and vocational rehabilitation services to the injured worker and other persons with disabilities in central and western North Carolina.  Jim has been involved in private rehabilitation since 1993.  In response to his talent and dedication to his profession, Jim now serves as Director of Case Management for Carolina Case Management.
