Mary Lou earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has 15 years of experience in psychiatry and 16 years of experience in rehabilitation. Mary Lou obtained case manager status in 1993 and is licensed to practice nursing in Virginia and compact states. She is a member of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA).

Eva has been providing medical case management for workers' compensation cases since 1993. Eva joined CCM in 1996. She is also experienced in accident and health, auto liability and catastrophic cases. Eva assisted in the development of the CCM Cost/Benefit Analysis Protocol. Eva has experience in occupational/industrial nursing and clinical research. She was previously a staff nurse at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Eva is a Certified Case Manager (CCM). Eva provides supervision for CCM's telephonic team and also for onsite case managers. She is a charter member of the Academy of Certified Case Managers.

Nancy founded Carolina Case Management & Rehabilitation Services, Inc. in 1995, in response to the industry need for highly qualified, efficient case managers dedicated to providing responsible, ethical and cost effective rehabilitation services. She is also the President of Carolina Eldercare, Inc., founded in 2003, to address the care management needs of the aging and elderly population. Nancy has worked in managed care, vocational counseling, job development and placement, and business management for over 20 years. She is a graduate of Meredith College and UNC-Chapel Hill and attended post-graduate studies at NCSU in Counseling and is a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS). Nancy is a member and past President of the Carolinas Chapter of International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), member of National Rehabilitation Association (NRA) and Case Management Society of America (CMSA).

Amy received a BS Degree in Social Work and a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Vocational Evaluation from East Carolina University. She has since completed a program of advanced studies in Employee Assistance Counseling from East Carolina University. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE) with many years of experience in these areas as well as with job placement/careers and counseling. Since 1993, she has been providing vocational and medical case management services to injured workers, which includes vocational evaluation, transferable skills analysis, job analysis, job placement and labor marker surveys, which result in a return to work. Amy also serves as a Case Management supervisor.

Mark earned a BA degree in Business Economics from North Carolina State University in 1985. His employment history includes eight years in personal and business financial consulting with a financial securities firm and three years in departmental supervision and management at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. As Vice President of Marketing, Mark now works closely with the rehabilitation community to ensure quality case management services and unsurpassed customer satisfaction. Mark and his wife, Carla, live in Wake Forest with their three children, Patrick, Caroline and Sydney.
Jim Ratliff, MA, CRC

Jim is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Psychology. While with the NC Division of Vocational Rehabilitation as both counselor and supervisor, Jim received extensive training to work with a variety of disability groups including individuals with orthopedic and neurological impairments, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries and mental illness. Since 1980, Jim has provided medical and vocational rehabilitation services to the injured worker and other persons with disabilities in central and western North Carolina. Jim has been involved in private rehabilitation since 1993. In response to his talent and dedication to his profession, Jim now serves as Director of Case Management for Carolina Case Management.

As one of the founders of Carolina Case Management, Carla is focused on continued excellence and high quality case management. Carla has been a licensed Registered Nurse since 1983 and obtained her Certified Case Manager (CCM) designation in 1994, with experience in orthopedic nursing, utilization review, public health nursing, and case management. She is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), is a Past President of the Triangle Chapter of the North Carolina Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (NCARP) and is a member of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA). She also serves as Vice President of Carolina Eldercare, Inc. which was formed to address the growing needs of our aging population and was a Delegate to the 2005 White House Conference on Aging.
Wylie Dillingham, BS, CDMS

Wylie earned a BS from Virginia Polytech Institute and State University. In addition, she has a background in nursing. NC teaching certifications include Health Occupations and Industrial Cooperative Training. Wylie's experience includes both case management and supervision in the private sector since 1990. Wylie has previous experience in the public schools teaching career development and job seeking skills. She is well known and respected in the rehabilitation community and has earned the respect of medical, vocational and legal providers in the Triad area as well as across the state. Wylie is a member of the NC Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (NCARP). In 2006, Wylie received a supervisory promotion and is presently the Vice President of Quality and Education for CCM.

Allison graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She worked for 5 years as a Rehabilitation Counselor for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services in Dunn, NC. While employed with NCDVR, she decided to return to school to obtain her Master's degree. She graduated from Campbell University with a Master of Education degree in Guidance and Counseling. She obtained her Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) designation in October 1995. She has been employed in the rehabilitation field since 1989 and in private rehabilitation since 1995. She is experienced in the areas of vocational evaluation, job placement, case management, job site evaluation, job seeking skills training, job coaching, critical incident stress debriefing, long term disability, job analyses and vocational counseling. Allison is a member of IARP, the Triangle Chapter of North Carolina Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (NCARP) and a board member of the Educational Planning Committee.

Suzanne received her registered nursing degree at Catawba Valley Community College in Hickory, NC. She has experience in psychiatric, medical and surgical nursing, working with adults, adolescents and geriatric clients. She has eleven years experience providing proactive case management for workers' compensation. Five of those eleven years, she has supervised other nurse case managers. She is licensed as a RN in North Carolina and is a Certified Case Manager (CCM). Suzanne covers a territory that includes Hickory, Charlotte, Concord, Salisbury, Albemarle, Statesville, Asheboro, Pinehurst, Winston-Salem and Greensboro.

Tonya received her Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Applied Psychology from Clemson University in 1990. She has worked in both public and private sectors providing rehabilitation case management, on-the-job training for clients with varied degrees of disabilities, extensive job development for unemployed clients and medical management services for the injured worker. She is active in her local chapters of the National Rehabilitation Association (NRA), American Psychological Association (APA), NC Psychological Association (NCPA) and the NC Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP). Currently, Tonya supervises nine case managers and maintains a small caseload.

Cindy earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University in 1983. Cindy joined CCM in 2001 as an on-site case manager and currently performs telephonic workers' comp and disability case management. Cindy is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) and a licensed registered nurse in North Carolina, Ohio, and Oregon. Prior to joining CCM, Cindy's most recent experience was in acute care case management, utilization review and discharge planning.
