Mark earned a BA degree in Business Economics from North Carolina State University in 1985. His employment history includes eight years in personal and business financial consulting with a financial securities firm and three years in departmental supervision and management at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. As Vice President of Marketing, Mark now works closely with the rehabilitation community to ensure quality case management services and unsurpassed customer satisfaction. Mark and his wife, Carla, live in Wake Forest with their three children, Patrick, Caroline and Sydney.

She has provided vocational services as a vocational Case Manager since 1995, and has served both the public and private sector. She has additional experience in personnel benefits administration including long and short term disability and worker's compensation. Barbara has experience providing a wide array of vocational case management services, expert testimony, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and assessments for litigation purposes. Barbara is a member of IARP (International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals) as well as LPCANC (Licensed Professional Counselors Association of North Carolina).

She has spent her twenty year career in the workers' compensation industry beginning with five years as a claims adjuster and the remaining time in case management and cost containment marketing and consulting in North and South Carolina. She has been involved in the Palmetto RIMS chapter and Conference Planning Committee as well as NC and SC Kids Chance fundraising efforts. She has also served on the SC Medical Conference planning committee. She is a small business owner and is involved in several business networking groups as well as serving on the Board of Directors for New Leaf Foundation. Betsy enjoys singing and performing in local venues and mostly enjoys spending time with her husband Chris, and sons Philip and Evan.
