Carolina Case Management & Rehabilitation Services, inc. was established in 1995 to accommodate North Carolina's increasing demand for excellent, progressive, proactive case management services. CCM's goal is to assist injured workers through the maze of medical treatment and to work with employers to return their employees to work in both temporary light duty, modified or regular occupations.
