Amy Hazel, MS, CRC, CVE

Assistant Director, Vocational Case Management
(Bridgeton, NC)

Amy received a BS Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Vocational Evaluation from East Carolina University.  She has since completed a program of advanced studies in Employee Assistance Counseling from East Carolina University.  She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE) with many years of experience in these areas as well as with job placement/careers and counseling.  Since 1993, she has been providing vocational and medical case management services to injured workers, which includes vocational evaluation, transferable skills analysis, job analysis, job placement and labor marker surveys, which result in a return to work.  Amy also serves as a Case Management supervisor.
