Barbara earned a Master of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She has provided vocational services as a vocational Case Manager since 1995, and has served both the public and private sector. She has additional experience in personnel benefits administration including long and short term disability and worker's compensation. Barbara has experience providing a wide array of vocational case management services, expert testimony, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and assessments for litigation purposes. Barbara is a member of IARP (International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals) as well as LPCANC (Licensed Professional Counselors Association of North Carolina).
