As co-founder of Carolina Case Management and Rehabilitation Services, Inc., Carla's primary goal is to maintain focus on quality case management services. She is also the Vice President of Carolina Eldercare, Inc., which she co-founded in 2003, to address needs of the elderly population. Carla’s nursing experience includes services in case management, managed care, public health, and orthopedic/neurosurgical nursing. She has maintained a Registered Nursing License since 1983 and Certified Case Manager (CCM) designation since 1994. She is a member and currently the President of the Carolinas Chapter of International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP).
