Catastrophic Case Management

When a catastrophic injury occurs, early intervention is crucial. Initially, a case manager will obtain accurate status information on the injured worker from the treating hospital or healthcare provider. The case manager will continue to monitor the injured worker's care and assist in the coordination of needs for discharge or transfer.
