Courtney earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation from Florida State University in 1994. She has obtained her national certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). Courtney started working in the field of vocational rehabilitation in 1996 in the private sector and has also worked with the NC Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. She is experienced in the areas of case management, job seeking skills training, job analysis, vocational counseling, vocational testing and expert witness testimony.
