David received his Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. He has also obtained his national certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). David has over 30 years of experience in medical and vocational case management. He worked for four years with State VR and with the Rehab Center in Charlotte for four years. He joined CCM in 2003. He is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. David is a former member of the North Carolina Industrial Commission Rehabilitation Advisory Committee.
