Beginning in 1997 Dollinda has acquired nursing expertise in the area of workers’ compensation case management, pro-actively assisting injured workers with their rehab goals. Before coming to CCM in 2010 she spent three years as the designated nurse case manager for a major municipal government in Northern Virginia. Her nursing experience also includes three years as a circulating RN in the operating room. Dollinda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Allen College, Waterloo, IA, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA. She is a graduate of the Southwestern Paralegal Institute in Houston, TX. She is credentialed as a Certified Case Manager (CCM), and is a Life Coach.
