Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University in 1996. She was a classroom teacher for three years and then decided to pursue a different career path. She currently holds North Carolina insurance licenses in property/liability, life/health, and long term care. Jennifer started working in the vocational rehabilitation field with Carolina Case Management in 2002. She began working as a case manger in 2007, and earned her certification as a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) in 2011. She specializes in job development and consulting. She is a member of the International association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP).
