Nancy Wells, MS, CDMS

President
(Raleigh, NC)

Nancy founded Carolina Case Management & Rehabilitation Services, Inc. in 1995, in response to the industry need for highly qualified, efficient case managers dedicated to providing responsible, ethical and cost effective rehabilitation services.  She is also the President of Carolina Eldercare, Inc., founded in 2003, to address the care management needs of the aging and elderly population. Nancy has worked in managed care, vocational counseling, job development and placement, and business management for over 25 years.  She is a graduate of Meredith College and UNC-Chapel Hill and attended post-graduate studies at NCSU in Counseling and is a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS).  Nancy is a member and past President of the Carolinas Chapter of International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), member of National Rehabilitation Association (NRA) and Case Management Society of America (CMSA).
