 Omega Autry, BA, CDMS

(Charlotte, NC)

Omega graduated from Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte, NC with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She worked 2 years as an Eligibility Specialist with Department of Social Services and for 14 years as a Child Support Enforcement Agent with N.C. Department of Human Resources. Transitioning to the field of vocational rehabilitation, Omega was employed as a vocational specialist where she has worked for the past 15 years. She holds national certifications as a Certified Career Assessment Associate (CCAA) and a Certified Disability Management Specialist, and is experienced in the areas of job placement, case management, job site evaluation, job seeking skills training, job analyses and vocational counseling.
