Scott Perry, BS, CDMS

Case Manager

(Raleigh, NC)

Scott has been a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) since 1996, with a Bachelor’s degree from N.C. State University and Master’s coursework in Counseling Education-Vocational Testing. He has been providing medical and vocational case management services in central and eastern North Carolina in the private rehabilitation sector since 1991, and has been with CCM since 2006. He has four years of experience as a supervisor in vocational rehabilitation. He worked with state referred vocational rehabilitation clients for three years in a private non-profit company. He has experience providing services in Worker’s Compensation, Long Term Disability, and with the Veterans Affairs programs. Other training includes certification to provide Vocational Evaluations to adult brain injured individuals, and experience conducting Ergonomic Evaluations for office and industrial workers.  Some of the service areas he provides include- Vocational Evaluation, Vocational Counseling, Job Seeking and Preparation Skills, Job Placement, Labor Market Surveys, and Job Training coordination.
