Susan received her nursing degree from Guilford Technical Community College in 1991. She worked in various critical care settings. She began her career in Workers Comp in 1996. She has worked as a Workers Comp Team Leader in Utilization Management, Telephonic Case Management and Medical Bill review. She has been a Field Nurse Case Manager since 1999. She obtained her CCM certification in 2001. Other areas of nursing experience are orthopedic trauma, ocular injuries and surgical services.
