Suzanne Smith, RN, CCM

Supervisor
(Richfield, NC)

Suzanne received her registered nursing degree at Catawba Valley Community College in Hickory, NC in 1993.  She is a NC Nurse Scholars Scholarship recipient and inducted into the Gamma Beta Phi Society in 1989.  She is licensed as a RN in North Carolina and is a Certified Case Manager (CCM).  She has experience in psychiatric, medical and surgical nursing, working with adults, adolescents and geriatric clients. She has been providing proactive case management for workers’ compensation since 1995, and has been a supervisor of nurse case managers at Carolina Case Management since 2003.  Suzanne is a member of IARP (International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals).  Suzanne covers a territory that includes Hickory, Charlotte, Concord, Salisbury, Albemarle, Statesville, Asheboro, Pinehurst, Winston-Salem and Greensboro.
