Teri Tollefson, BA, CDMS, CCM

Senior Case Manager

(Wilmington, NC)

Teri is a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) and a Certified Case Manager (CCM) with a Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University.  She started working for CCM in 2001 and as a case manager in 1988, providing vocational case management services for workers’ compensation, veteran’s programs, long-term disability, and auto liability.  While working for private rehab in Florida, she developed an intensive job seeking skills program and assisted in managing a satellite office. Prior to this, she was an employment counselor with Job Services and JTPA, receiving extensive training in vocational testing and working with individuals with all types of barriers to employment.  Teri is a member of the National Rehabilitation Association (NRA) and International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP).
