Amanda graduated from Western Carolina University with honors (CUM LAUDE). She has worked as a Field Case Manager in Workers' Compensation since 2017. She has experience on the employer side where she worked PRN in occupational health at Johnston Medical Center assisting injured workers with filing initial reports of injury and return to work. She has held a TNCC certification (Trauma Nursing Core Course) and worked as a trauma nurse at a level 1 trauma center. She has numerous years of experience in Documentation Review to ensure medical necessity documentation supports billing to help with cost containment. Amanda joined Carolina Case Management in 2022.
