Meet our marketing team

Kara received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina in 1995. She began in the field of vocational rehabilitation in 1995, with a concentration in placement. Kara joined CCM in 1999. She works closely with the Workers’ Compensation industry, providing outstanding customer service in her marketing role. She currently serves as Secretary on the Kid’s Chance of NC Board and is President of the Gaston County Safety, Health and Environmental Association. Kara and her husband, Keith, live in Gastonia with their daughter, Rebecca and son, Aiden.

Josh received his Bachelor’s Degree from NC State University, where he pursued a double major in Communications and Film. He worked as a video editor for a private investigations company before coming to work for CCM in 2013. In his spare time, Josh enjoys cooking, brewing his own beer, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
