Amy Hazel, MS, CRC, CVE – Director of Vocational Services

Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Studies from East Carolina University and is both a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE). With 33 years of experience in case management, Amy has worked extensively as both a medical and vocational Field Case Manager, providing vocational rehabilitation services to injured workers and supporting successful recovery and return-to-work outcomes. Since moving into management in 2000, she has led teams of vocational and medical case managers, bringing strong leadership, industry expertise, and a collaborative approach to client care and service delivery. As the Director of Vocational Services, Amy is recognized for her depth of experience, commitment to rehabilitation services, and dedication to supporting both clients and care teams throughout the case management process.
