Ashley received her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2010, followed by her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing in 2018 from Southern New Hampshire University. Since 2010, she has worked in a variety of areas within nursing, including ICU, STICU, home health, private practice, public health, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, and worker's compensation. Ashley is a compact state licensed nurse who resides in Florida and has been a Certified Case Manager (CCM) since 2014. She joined Carolina Case Management's telephonic team in 2021.
