Caron graduated from Sandhills Community College with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 1998 and continued her education at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2003. She worked as a General Surgery, Urology, and Orthopaedic nurse for a local practice before transitioning into Occupational Health Nursing for a local hospital and industry. She then worked as an Occupational Health Nurse for 3 years before moving into Field Case Management in 2005 in Raleigh and surrounding areas. Caron joined CCM in 2023. In her spare time, she enjoys running, vacationing, fine dining, and spending quality time with friends and family.
