Colleen graduated from Nursing School in 1992. She worked in the hospital setting in multiple disciplines including Med/Surg, Cardiac, Nephrology, Orthopedics and Oncology units before specializing in Women’s Health in 2004. In 2012, she transitioned to working for an insurance company as a Worker’s Compensation Telephonic Case Manager specializing in aggressive case management and utilization review for 6 years. In 2019, Colleen started Field Case Management in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. She joined Carolina Case Management in 2023. In her spare time, she enjoys her new empty nest status with her husband and best friend. She loves good food, travel, and spending time with her large family full with her 6 children their families and her 4 grands.
