Debbie has over 35 years of nursing experience. She has extensive experience in Occupational Health in various areas, including Workers’ Compensation, short/long term disability, ergonomics, early return to work programs, and health promotion programs. She graduated from Gardner-Webb University in 1983 with an Associate Degree in Nursing. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 1992 from Queens University and her Master’s Degree in Nursing in 2008 from the University of Phoenix. She is a certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist and a Fellow in the American Academy of Case Managers, where she serves on the advisory board. Debbie is an active member in the North Carolina Occupational Health Nurses Association. She currently serves as educational chair for the Metrolina Association of Occupational Health Nurses.
