Deborah Nance, RN, CCM – Telephonic Supervisor

Deborah began her nursing career as a LPN in 1994 and later earned her Associate degree in Nursing in 2004. She obtained her National Case Management Certification in 2016. She brings 20+ years of case management experience, including 17+ years in workers’ compensation, with a background spanning employee occupational health clinics, rural health, hospital medical-surgical care, personal care services, and hospice. Deborah began her workers’ compensation career as a field case manager in 2009 before transitioning into telephonic case management in 2016. She currently serves as a Telephonic Case Management Supervisor, where she focuses on delivering proactive, high-quality case management to support client-centered goals and effective claim resolution. Her approach emphasizes organization, communication, and consistent coordination to help move cases forward efficiently. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at her church.
