Donna received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Trident Technical College in 1993 and her Case Manager Certification in 2005. Her work experience includes 5 years in outpatient surgery in the operating room and recovery room and over 20 years working as a case manager – both field and telephonic. She was a previous employee of Carolina Case Management (resigned as field case manager after extensive back surgery) and rejoined in October 2020. She enjoys golfing and going to the beach.
