Jennifer has worked in Workers’ Compensation case management as a telephonic case manager for 14 years. She was a manager/ team leader with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina prior to coming to work for Carolina Case Management in 2012. She has experience in risk management and injury and illness prevention and health promotion programming. Jennifer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Queens College and is working towards a Master’s in Health Care Administration/Management. Jennifer has been a certified case manager since 2001.
