Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology from Appalachian State University. She was a classroom teacher for three years and then decided to pursue a different career path. She currently holds North Carolina insurance licenses in Property/Liability, Life/Health, and Long-Term Care. She started working in the vocational rehabilitation field with Carolina Case Management in 2002 and specializes in job development and consulting. She has been working as a case manager since 2008. Jennifer earned her certification as a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) in 2011. She is also a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP).
