Karen Watts received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences in 1997. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing- Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1999. She has been working in the field of Nursing since 1996, with experience in medical/surgical nursing, geriatric nursing, outpatient wound/hyperbaric care and supervisory experience in areas of post-surgical, orthopedic and geriatrics. She has been a worker’s compensation nurse case manager since 2014 and obtained her CCM in 2016. She joined the Carolina Case Management team in 2018.
