Maureen Ortega, RN, CCM, CDMS, BSN – Supervisor

Maureen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida and brings over 33 years of experience in medical case management in North Carolina, including 24 years in a supervisory role. Her clinical background includes 18 years of hospital experience across multiple states, including Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Georgia, and Oklahoma, with expertise in ICU, neurology, orthopedics, recovery room, dialysis, and nursing supervision. Maureen focuses on supporting injured workers with injuries ranging from minor to catastrophic and is dedicated to ensuring they receive the medical treatment needed for recovery. She believes in a strong work ethic and applies this core value consistently in her role as a Medical Case Management Supervisor for CCM.
