Melissa McNeal graduated from Guilford Technical Community College in 2003 with her Associate Degree in Nursing. She graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with her Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing in 2014. Melissa is a member of the National Honor’s Society of Nursing. Most of her experience has been in cardiac nursing-- she worked at High Point Regional Hospital in their Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and then worked for 7 years with a Cardiology practice. She began Case Management as a telephonic case manager for United Health Care with their Congestive Heart Failure program. She joined Carolina Case Management in 2014 and became a Certified Case Manager (CCM) in January of 2016.
