Michelle earned her BS in Nursing in 1995 and MS in Nursing in 2001, both at the University of Buffalo in NY. After working 5 years on busy medical surgical units in NY, she went to work in the home health arena. There she worked as an RN case manager for a mental health program for a couple of years and later for a long-term Medicaid based program where she was promoted to clinical manager. In 2012, Michelle moved to SC and continued her career in home health as a clinical manager. In 2016, Michelle began working in the field of Worker's Compensation case management. She joined the Carolina Case Management team in 2025. Michelle is married with 4 children and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys circuit training, camping at the beach with her family, cruising and stays busy on weekends as a travel softball Mom.
