Pam earned her Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Psychology at Appalachian State University. She was employed by the NC Division of Vocational Rehabilitation for ten years in various capacities before entering private sector vocational rehabilitation in 1993. Pam began working with Carolina Case Management in 1996. She has extensive experience in conducting labor market surveys, locating community resources, providing vocational assessments and earning capacity evaluations and expert testimony. She has 20+ years of job placement, vocational case management, and medical case management experience. She is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), North Carolina Association of Licensed Professional Counselors and the American Board of Vocational Experts. In 2003 and 2004 she served on the faculty of Wake AHEC, teaching the Rehabilitation Services portion of the CCM Prep Course. Pam has completed Graduate Certificate Programs in Gerontology (2004) and Substance Abuse & Addictions Counseling (2011). She has been designated as a Vocational Expert by the Social Security Administration.
