Pam Teague, RN, BSN, CCM – Supervisor

Pamela has over 27 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation Case Management, serving in both Field Case Manager and Supervisor roles. She has specialized experience managing catastrophic (CAT) files and complex injuries including burns, spinal injuries, shoulder injuries, PTSD, and chronic pain. Pamela has been a case manager for approximately 28 years, with the majority of her career focused on workers’ compensation, in addition to two years of hospital case management experience in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and holds Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification. Pamela specializes in high-acuity and complex case coordination, focusing on individualized care planning and efficient, cost-effective recovery strategies. She believes in treating each injured worker as a unique individual while ensuring clear communication and coordination among all members of the care team to support optimal outcomes.
