Shannon is originally from WV, but has lived in Clayton since 2002. She went to school at Fairmont State and Wake Tech. Before joining CCM in 2023, she worked as a Teacher's Assistant for 12 years and as a Patient Service Coordinator at Raleigh Ortho for 6 years. She is a proud mom of 3 dogs, Jake, Jamaica, and Teddy. In her free time, she likes watching sports, FRIENDS, or Dateline. She loves reading a good book and hanging out with her family. She joined Carolina Case Management in 2023.
