Sharon earned her LPN in 1985 and her RN from Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburg in 1991. She has had a variety of jobs in her nursing career from long term care, acute care, home care, private insurance and dialysis. She started her care management role while working with the Medicaid population in 2009 and became a certified case manager in 2012. She worked here at Carolina Case Management as a field case manager, then took a brief time away and worked doing Managed Medicare Rehab authorizations before returning to CCM as a telephonic case manager in 2022. She is a member of the CMSA Charlotte Metro. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her sweet puppy Coconut, she has a grown son and enjoys spending time with her very close friends... except on Sundays during football season, then it's all about the Pittsburgh Steelers.
