Tammy Davis graduated from Campbell University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After working as a nursing assistant in Orthopaedics she returned to UNC Greensboro and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2000. She worked at Duke University in the NICCU until 2003. In 2003, she began working in occupational health nursing and occupational case management at Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina. She obtained her Certification in Occupational Health Nursing specialty in 2006. She worked as the Manager of Occupational Health and a Lead Occupational Health Case Manager. In 2011 she began working as a field case manager. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and traveling to their sporting events. Tammy joined the CCM team in 2018.
