Tammy received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Sampson Community College in 1991 and her BSN in Nursing in 2012. She worked as an ICU/Telemetry Nurse for 2 years at Sampson Regional Medical Center after graduation and then transitioned to a variety of management level positions in both Long-Term Care and Assisted Living. She has more than 20 years of Case Management experience for in patient short- and long-term rehabilitation and Workers Compensation at the employer level. Tammy has been employed in Workers Compensation Rehabilitation Case Management since 2015. She is licensed as an RN in North Carolina and a Certified Case Manager (CCM). Tammy joined Carolina Case Management in 2021.
