Tammy earned her Nursing Degree from Good Samaritan College of Nursing in 1995. She then went on to complete her Bachelor's Degree in 1999 from Northern Kentucky University. She started her career as an Occupational Health Nurse and quickly transitioned into a telephonic case manager. Initially only providing case management services in the state of Kentucky, she now has managed cases in states such as Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, West Virginia, New Jersey & a few others over the years. She has been certified as a COHN-S since 2002 & CCM certified since 2009. Tammy joined Carolina Case Management in June, 2018.
