Tracy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1992. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Mitchell Community College in 1995 and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1999. Tracy has been working in the nursing field since 1995, with experience in Neurology, Emergency Department, Cardiac, acute care case management, Occupational Health, and Worker’s Compensation. She became a certified case manager in 2007 and has worked as a field nurse case manager in Worker’s Compensation since 2013. She joined Carolina Case Management in 2021.
