    Seeking an experienced RN to provide field case management services in the Raleigh, NC area. RN or BSN preferred. 2 years experience in worker’s compensation preferred. Must be certified or have certification eligibility status. CCM certification highly beneficial. Bilingual is a plus.

    Seeking an experienced Vocational Case Manager in the Raleigh, NC or Eastern NC Area.

    Responsibilities

    • Assessing the medical, educational, and professional backgrounds of injured workers to determine vocational rehabilitation needs.
    • Collaborating with physicians, therapists, insurance companies, and employers to develop individualized rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
    • Coordinating vocational assessments, achievement testing, job analyses, ergonomic evaluations, labor market surveys, expert testimony/depositions, job placement services and career counseling.
    • Facilitate communication between all parties, ensuring timely and accurate exchange of information and documentation.
    • Identifying suitable transitional or modified work opportunities aligned with medical restrictions and injured worker skill sets.
    • Monitoring progress and facilitating workplace accommodations to support successful placement or return-to-work outcomes.
    • Maintaining detailed case notes, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with the NCIC Rules, or other states’ jurisdictional guidelines and certification standards/ethics.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in rehabilitation counseling or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
    • CRC or CDMS certification required
    • Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation, NCIC Rules, medical terminology, and vocational rehabilitation principles/standards
    • Experience in case management or vocational rehabilitation preferred
    • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to analyze complex information, develop creative solutions, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and apply critical thinking to overcome challenges and create customized return-to-work strategies
    • Exceptional computer knowledge and skills along with exceptional report writing skills; must have reliable internet
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines
    • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to and attend in-person meetings/appointments with injured workers in assigned location; requires traveling for face-to-face weekly meetings.
